About the job

As a B2C Customer Success Manager at Genei you will be ensuring that every customer has the best possible experience while using our app. Your job will involve managing our social channels responding to; collecting and analysing customer feedback and support. You will also be responsible for the design and implementation of new engagement strategies to ensure users are brought to the core value of the platform as quickly as possible.

As part of a small cross-functional team, your contributions will be have immediate and considerable impact on product direction; sales and onboarding strategies. We are looking for candidates with a high degree of autonomy and creativity when it comes to designing and implementing product led social media campaigns.
