There are 3 ways to verify a student account.

1) The first is to sign up using a valid student email address. Our system automatically recognises approximately 90% of student emails, and if it does you'll be able to start a student subscription straight away.

2) If our system does not recognise your student email address, you can request a manual verification by visiting the 'Account' tab. Simply type in your student email address and click the 'Request' button.

3) If both of these fail, you can email a customer success manager directly at [email protected] and we will get this sorted for you.
