The Company will provide Technical Support to the Customer via both Slack or MS Teams or similar and electronic mail on weekdays during the hours of 9:00 am through 5:00 pm UK BST , with the exclusion of UK National Holidays (“Support Hours”).

The Customer may initiate a helpdesk ticket during Support Hours at any time by emailing [email protected], [email protected] or via Slack.

The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to all Helpdesk tickets within one (1) business day.
